Delivery Policies

Delivery methods:

Currently, Hum serves delivery within the districts of Ho Chi Minh city (District 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Go Vap, Tan Phu, Binh Tan District and Thu Duc City)

For guest’s convenience, Hum always strives to deliver as soon as the order is received, or according to guest’s required timing.

Please understand that normally Hum only prepares the dishes upon receipt of the order to ensure the freshness and the finest quality of the dishes. We do not pre-process or store ready-made food, thus it would take a certain amount of time for us to have the items ready and delivered.

Shipping fee is subject to the service provider’s at time of the arising order.

Delivery time:

Hum takes delivery order from 09:00hrs - 20:00hrs every day.

Please note: The order will be canceled automatically if our shipper cannot contact you at the time of delivery (after a maximum of 3 calls and each time is 5 minutes apart). As our products are freshly processed food, we are able to deliver one time only and shall not deliver anew at a later point in time if the delivery cannot be completed due to subjective errors determined to arise from the guest.
